Anyone else a huge fan of pizza? I freaking love pizza! The only thing is that I get tired of the chain places around town. I am always on the look out for new places. Luckily I found 3 Train Pizzeria in North Austin.
First, I’d like to say is that this place is by far one of my favorites places to eat now! They offer a huge slice of pizza for $5.95. And when I say huge I mean it. Look at the picture above. In addition, they offer salads, calzones, whole pizza pies, pepperoni rolls, and more.
My family and I went over to try it out and we ordered a slice each, a salad, and a calzone. The slices are big and you can customize a size to your liking. We jam packed our slices with a ton of toppings. We also ordered one slice of pizza for my two children. They are nice enough to cut a huge slice in half and into cubes for the little ones.
Little mouths can’t fit that huge slice in their mouths so the little bites are perfect and parents don’t have to cut it. Also, I am a huge fan of light sauce on my pizza and that’s how the pizza is prepared at 3 Train. If you are a fan of heavy sauce let them know and I am pretty sure they will accommodate you. The calzone is filling and you can add extra toppings if you ask. They also offer a veggie calzone for all you vegetarians out there.
